Christie will deliver remarks before the American Enterprise Institute, the group's spokeswoman Véronique Rodman confirmed.
The speech will be titled "It's Time to Do the Big Things," a line Christie used often as part of his State of the State address last month. On Feb. 22, Christie will address another to a joint session of the Legislature to deliver his budget address.
