Funding of government programs can be a tricky mathematical equation.
Assemblyman Herb Conaway Jr. (D-Burlington/Camden) might want to keep that in mind, especially since he claimed recently that Gov. Chris Christie has repeatedly cut funding for programs serving people with AIDS.

PolitiFact New Jersey did some checking into Conaway's claims and found them Mostly True.

While Christie did cut or proposed to cut state funding for AIDS services, in two cases other funding sources will allow the same number of individuals receiving those services to be served.
