TRENTON — New Jersey residents who are registered to vote still have the option of voting by mail-in ballot for the upcoming Nov. 8 general election.
Voters must send applications to their county clerk by Nov. 1, or apply in person by Monday at 3 p.m. in order to receive ballots, according to the state Division of Elections. Mail-in ballots must be then sent to the county board of elections by 8 p.m., Nov. 8.
