Assemblyman John Wisniewski receives a False from the Truth-O-Meter for claiming that "we don't see jobs being created in this state."
Members of the New Jersey Assembly are returning to Trenton today to, among other topics, discuss legislation aimed at putting residents back to work.
But one of their leaders, Assemblyman John Wisniewski (D-Middlesex), needs to start counting the number of jobs that already have been created.
In a recent NJToday interview, the state Democratic Party chairman claimed Gov. Chris Christie has been talking about job creation, but "we don't see jobs being created in this state."
With nearly 40,000 more private-sector jobs since the beginning of this year, Wisniewski's statement doesn't make any sense.
