TRENTON — Two lawmakers continue to press Gov. Chris Christie to restore $7.5 million in women's health clinic funds in New Jersey.

Sen. Loretta Weinberg (D-Bergen) has called Christie's health commissioner and treasurer to appear before her Senate Health Committee today.

They'll discuss state funds for 58 family planning centers that Christie cut from the budget on July 1.

Weinberg and Assemblywoman Linda Stender (D-Union) have been leading the charge for Christie to restore funding.

The Legislature passed a supplemental funding bill, but Christie says he hasn't decided whether to sign or veto it.

The lawmakers said they've found funding from another program that needed less money than budgeted.

Christie on Friday questioned the funding source.
