New Jersey certainly has a global business reputation.

Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno highlighted that point when she promoted on a radio show recently that the state has opened foreign trade offices in Shanghai and London in the past six months. Guadagno said both offices are the state's first in at least a decade.

But having foreign trade offices overseas is nothing new for New Jersey, and the Truth-O-Meter rates Guadagno's statement False.
